Wine production is a key historical tradition in Liechtenstein; vineyards date back many centuries. The Winegrowers' Association uses this public tasting to highlight the region’s viticultural heritage and to strengthen the bond between producers and residents. It paints wine consumption as part of local lifestyle and pride, rather than a commercial spectacle.
An informal tasting event. Dress casually. It is polite to sample small pours and discuss wines with makers. People here speak German; a few greetings in German (e.g. "Danke" to vendors) are appreciated.
Attendance can be appropriate while active documentation is not. Let local boundaries define your role.
