Practical terms for using FestivalAtlas.

FestivalAtlas is operated by Ahmed Elkashef in Germany. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
Preview access is available without login. With a free account, selecting one focus country unlocks unlimited full details in that country plus 20 Europe-wide full details per month.
Plus removes browsing limits and enables premium planning tools. Features and pricing are shown on /pricing.
Payments are processed by Paddle. Taxes may apply by jurisdiction. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before renewal.
You can cancel anytime and keep access through the end of the current billing period.
If a confirmed date in FestivalAtlas is materially wrong and causes a proven planning miss without timely correction, you may request a membership refund review.
Festival dates can change. We work to keep data current, but the service is provided “as is.” Always verify mission-critical travel details with official sources.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses resulting from travel changes, cancellations, or third-party services.

FestivalAtlas branding, design, original text, and compiled dataset presentation are protected. Attribution is required when citing FestivalAtlas.
These terms are governed by German law.
We may update these terms when the service changes. Continued use after updates means acceptance.
