St. Johann Dumpling Festival

Knödelfest St. Johann in Tirol

Each mid-September, the town of St. Johann in Tirol sets a 595-meter table down its main street for the Knödelfest. More than twenty thousand savory and sweet dumplings from dozens of recipes are served along the world's longest dumpling table, in a celebration begun in 1982 of a Tyrolean staple.
