Each winter, a different Burgundy village hosts the Saint-Vincent Tournante, a festival honoring the patron saint of winegrowers. A grand procession of costumed wine guilds winds through the vineyards to a mass and a great banquet where thousands of bottles are uncorked, in a celebration of the region's deep wine fellowship.
