Rottweil Carnival

Rottweiler Fasnet

Rottweil, Germany

Feb 8 - 9, 2027ConfirmedSource

Each Fasnet, the town of Rottweil stages its famous Narrensprung, where costumed jesters 'jump' through the streets. The carved masks and bounding fools make it one of the oldest and most spectacular Alemannic carnivals of southwestern Germany, in a celebration rooted in old winter-banishing rites.
