Founded in 2013, Pilsen Busking Fest grew out of grassroots desire to showcase street performers beyond conventional tourist sights. Each year it has been a temporary co-creation between town, youth and international artists. The festival aligns with Pilsen’s modern cultural initiatives (e.g. European Capital of Culture 2015) by promoting urban creativity and spontaneous public art.
