Oostermoer Festival

Oostermoerfeest

Gieten, Netherlands

Jul 8 - 12, 2026ConfirmedSource

Every five years, one of the historic Oostermoer villages of Drenthe hosts the great Oostermoerfeest. A rural-sports vijfkamp, a parade, and days of festivity grow from a fair first held in 1868, in a celebration that has bound the region's farmers together for more than 150 years.
