Each October, the village of Villamassargia celebrates the olive harvest at the ancient grove of S'Ortu Mannu. Three days of food, tasting, and festivity gather around the old olive trees, in a celebration rooted in the farming traditions of Sardinia's Sulcis-Iglesiente country.
