Each November around St. Martin's Day, the lakeside town of Podersdorf celebrates its new wine with the Martiniloben. Winemakers open their cellars to pour the young Jungwein amid a farmers' market and local fare, in a celebration that marks the first tasting of the year's vintage in this Burgenland wine country.
