Lichtenvoorde Flower Parade

Bloemencorso Lichtenvoorde

Each September, the Dutch town of Lichtenvoorde parades floats covered in millions of dahlias for its Bloemencorso. Built by neighborhood teams, the great flower sculptures roll through the Achterhoek town, in a celebration of community pride and craftsmanship dating back to the 1920s.
