Each June, the lakeside village of Shirokë celebrates the beauty of Lake Shkodër with the Festa e Liqenit. Two or three days of festivity honor the natural and cultural heritage of the largest lake in the Balkans, in a celebration that draws the people of Shkodër to the shores of their protected and beloved water.
The Lake Shkodër Festival (Shirokë) record is date-tracked, but stronger reviewed Field Guide media would make it easier to inspect.
