International Anniversary Pilgrimage of October to Fátima

Peregrinação Internacional Aniversária de Outubro

Fátima, Portugal

Oct 12 - 13, 2026ExpectedSource

Each October, pilgrims return in their hundreds of thousands to the Sanctuary of Fátima to mark the last of the 1917 apparitions, when crowds said they witnessed a miracle of the sun. Candlelit vigils, rosaries, and Masses fill the night of October 12 into the 13th, in one of Catholicism's great pilgrimages.
