The Ilūkste City Festival record is date-tracked, but stronger reviewed Field Guide media would make it easier to inspect.

Ilūkste, Latvia

Ilūkste sits on the Daugava river where Latgale meets Selonia. The festival blends Latvian traditions (e.g. Midsummer flame and folk dances) with Christian elements (the title derives from 'Ville Unite'). It marks the city’s birthday, a newer tradition but rooted in local identity and communal participation.
