Each Pentecost Tuesday, the Luxembourg town of Echternach fills with one of Europe's most unusual processions, in which thousands of pilgrims hop and skip in rhythm to a lively polka tune. Linked arm to arm, they make their way to the tomb of Saint Willibrord, in a dancing pilgrimage honored by UNESCO.
