Each year, the highland village of Lepushë celebrates the traditions of the Kelmend region with Logu i Bjeshkëve. Folk dances, songs, competitions, and the crowning of a "Miss Bjeshka" fill the mountain amphitheater, in a celebration, centuries old and revived in 1998, of the highlander culture of northern Albania.

This festival revives the centuries-old highlander culture of northern Albania, where mountain communities gather each summer to honor folklore, hospitality, and the role of highland women in passing on traditions. It reconnected residents with historical music scales (bartedzen traditions), costuming, and natural heritage from generation to generation.
