Each summer, the Béarn city of Pau celebrates the Occitan language and culture with Hestiv'Oc. Three days of music, dance, and festivity fill the streets, in a celebration at the heart of historic Béarn that has helped bring new life and pride to the Occitan tongue in recent decades.
