Grand Carnival of Ter Apel

Groots Carnaval Ter Apel

Ter Apel, Netherlands

Feb 6 - 8, 2027Expected

Each spring, the northern Dutch town of Ter Apel throws a grand carnival of floats and costumes through its streets, followed by parties in great tents. One of the few carnivals in this Protestant-leaning province, it brings the whole community together for the joyful pre-Lenten days in a warmly cherished local tradition.

Media proof note

The Grand Carnival of Ter Apel record is date-tracked, but stronger reviewed Field Guide media would make it easier to inspect.
