Part of the cultural preservation project in Taraclia, FolkStar is intended to strengthen Bulgarian linguistic and cultural identity among children raised outside Bulgaria. The festival reflects the community’s commitment to passing traditions to the young generation and underscores Taraclia’s role in sustaining Bulgarian heritage in Moldova. It brought together educators, parents, and cultural figures to support these values.
