Each December 28, on the Day of the Holy Innocents, the men of Ibi dress as soldiers and stage a mock coup for Els Enfarinats. Under the banner of "New Justice," they seize the town and pelt all comers with flour and eggs, in a riotous celebration over two centuries old that turns the world upside down for a day.

Danses dels Casats (Married Couples’ Dance)

Spectators watch as costumed locals in elaborate regional dress perform the folk dance on the main street. The crowd can mingle and applaud; the atmosphere is celebratory and communal.
