Each year, the Carinthian village of Kotlje celebrates its heritage and natural beauty with the Festival solzic, named for the lily of the valley. Literary events inspired by the local writer Prežihov Voranc and his story "Solzice" join nature-themed traditions, in a cross-border celebration of the Koroška region begun in 2014.

The story behind it
Festival solzic was created to pay tribute to the Koroška region and its heritage.
