The festival honors the Danube frontier heritage of Bulgaria, held historically in Svishtov and since 2024 in Pleven Province. It brings together Bulgarian and international reconstruction groups to highlight Roman-era camps, Thracian rituals, and early medieval culture along the Danube. The timing coincides with local summer holidays around Pentecost (Sv. Duh).
