An annual maritime-heritage festival held at Cais das Folsas Novas on the Rio Boco in Vagos, Aveiro District, celebrating the traditional barcos moliceiros of the Ria de Aveiro. The festival features a parade of moliceiro boats sailing from Ponte da Fareja to Cais das Folsas Novas, a recreation of the traditional leilão de moliço e junco (auction of seaweed and rushes), authentic folklore performances by the Grupo Folclórico de Santo António de Vagos and guest groups, and paid moliceiro boat rides on the Rio Boco. Organized since 1984 by the Grupo Folclórico de Santo António de Vagos with the support of the Câmara Municipal de Vagos.
