Each spring, the village of Speia celebrates its Moldovan folk heritage as part of the Mărțișor festivities. Village ensembles, craft fairs, traditional costumes, and old rituals fill the day, in a celebration named "From the Nation's Dowry" that gathers the cultural inheritance of this corner of Transnistria.
