Târgul Drăgaica Buzău

Buzău, Romania

Dates to be announcedDates pending

Each midsummer, the Romanian city of Buzău holds the Drăgaica, a centuries-old harvest fair founded as a great market in 1778. Today it blends commerce with folk celebration, rich in old symbols of health, luck, and fertility, in a fair that has marked the start of the agricultural summer for the people of this region for generations.

The Drăgaica Fair record is date-tracked, but stronger reviewed Field Guide media would make it easier to inspect.
