Festivalul Internațional de Folclor „Căluțul Românesc“
Jun 17 - 19, 2027Expected
Each year, the Romanian town of Caracal celebrates the Căluș, the all-male ritual dance of Oltenia that UNESCO holds as a treasure of human heritage. Dancers leap, stomp, and click their heels in fast, acrobatic figures believed to heal and protect, in a vivid display of an ancient rite of purification and fertility.
The Căluțul Românesc (Căluș Ritual Dance Festival) record is date-tracked, but stronger reviewed Field Guide media would make it easier to inspect.
