Brunnen’s Fasnacht is part of the Inner Schwyz mask tradition. It is managed by local Nüssler associations that maintain costume rentals and Rott schedules. The festival is a fixture of local identity, with inns and squares hosting music and feasting.
Local tradition should be observed respectfully. Visitors should not touch costumes or interfere with dancers. Local customs (like prize-throwing games) have specific rules.
Attendance can be appropriate while active documentation is not. Let local boundaries define your role.
