On a summer night in the Bay of Kotor, the water comes alive with Boka Night, a parade of beautifully decorated boats gliding through the harbor under the lights. It began long ago as a sailors' thanksgiving for safe voyages, and still ends in fireworks over one of the Adriatic's loveliest bays.
