Bischberg, Germany

Jun 26, 2026ExpectedSource

Each June 24, the fishing harbor of Bischberg blazes with a Saint John's fire. The community gathers at the Fischerhafen for the Johannisfeuer with brass band music and food, in a celebration of a Franconian midsummer tradition that reaches back to pre-Christian times.

Media proof note

The Bischberg Saint John’s Fire record is date-tracked, but stronger reviewed Field Guide media would make it easier to inspect.
