Bektashi Nevruz

Sulltan Nevruzi

Tirana, Albania

Mar 22, 2027ExpectedSource

Each March 22, Albania's Bektashi community celebrates Sultan Nevruz, marking both the arrival of spring and the birthday of Imam Ali. The faithful gather at the order's tekkes and world headquarters in Tirana for prayer and shared feasting, in a celebration of the Sufi order woven into Albanian life.

Media proof note

The Bektashi Nevruz record is date-tracked, but stronger reviewed Field Guide media would make it easier to inspect.
