Each year since 2001, young people gather on the shore of White Lake, near Ukraine's Rivne Nuclear Power Plant, for an arts festival with an ecological heart. Concerts and talent shows mix with environmental contests and clean-up drives, in a celebration that joins youth culture with care for one of north Polissya's loveliest lakes.

Founded by the RAES community and local authorities to engage young Ukrainians in arts and ecology. The setting on one of North Polissya’s largest lakes emphasizes regional attachment to nature. Contributions of folk and pop performers connect Polissya identity (zahalnoverter culture) with environmental awareness. The festival aims to show that protecting the environment is integral to love of homeland.
