Each summer, the Galician town of Cambados, capital of Albariño wine, throws a harvest festival in its honor. The streets fill with tasting booths, folk music, and dancers, and revelers wander with wine glasses hung around their necks, in a proud toast to the white grape at the heart of Galician identity.
