Ivan Kupala (summer solstice) is a Slavic folk holiday with pagan roots. Kyiv’s Pyrohiv museum has preserved authentic Kupala customs (wreath weaving, bonfire rituals) for over 30 years. The festival revives community singing and dancing traditions (vylynki, choral songs) as part of immersive celebrations.
