Koroški turistični teden is the largest and one of the oldest annual summer festivals in the Koroška region 1. Spanning about ten days in early August, it features a rich program of folk music, dance, sports, culinary events, and community gatherings that highlight local traditions and hospitality 1. Organized by the town of Črna na Koroškem and the local tourist society, it attracts families and performers from across Carinthia. Started nearly seven decades ago, Koroški turistični teden was intended to showcase the culture, history and community of Slovenian Carinthia during the summer.
