A long-running festival in Sarighiol de Deal focused on shepherding traditions. Orchests from across Romania (and neighboring countries) demonstrate pastoral customs like cheese-making, flock tending rituals, and shepherd songs. It includes folk performances by the local Aromanian "Dor" ensemble and invites folkloric groups of various ethnicities (Aromanian, Lipovan, Roma, etc).
