A new festival created by the Podkarpackie regional government to celebrate the multi-ethnic heritage of the Carpathian region. It features folk groups from Western and Eastern Carpathians (Poland, Ukraine, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Hungary, etc.), ecumenical ceremonies, traditional music and dance. In 2025 it was held in venues like Kalwaria Pacławska and Hotel Arłamów with concerts, religious liturgies, and free community events.
Set in south-eastern Poland, this festival emphasizes the borderland culture of the Carpathians, where Latin and Byzantine traditions have intermingled for centuries. It highlights the heritage of Poles from Kresy (Eastern Borderlands) and the multi-confessional history of this region 1 2.
