An annual pyrotechnic event held in Kerċem, Gozo, featuring a synchronized fireworks display set to music. Established in the late 2010s, Pyrofantasia has become a local tradition on the summer calendar 1. The 9th edition took place on 11 July 2025 at Għajn Tuta in Kerċem, and the show is organized in collaboration with Gozo firework clubs. It draws enthusiastic crowds each year for a night of spectacle and festivity.
Pyrofantasia is part of Gozo’s proud fireworks culture, where local 'kamra tan-nar' (fireworks clubs) craft elaborate displays. It exemplifies Maltese folkloric celebrations of light and sound, though it is secular and associated with summer community gatherings in Kerċem.
