A summer series of concerts held in the P. H. Wittgenstein Park of Kamenka. The festival features local and visiting folk ensembles, youth performances, and art workshops every weekend in June. In 2025 the festival marked its 10th anniversary, highlighting Ukrainian and Moldovan songs by the "Hrustovchanka" ensemble and others, reflecting the city’s cultural diversity.
Organized for three consecutive decades through the early summer, the festival showcases the region’s picnic and folk heritage. Kamenka has a mixed Moldovan-Ukrainian population, and Kamerton was established to promote traditional music and community pride.
