Muzika Jašiūnų dvare is an annual summer concert festival held at the historic Jašiūnai Manor in southern Lithuania’s Dzūkija region 1 2. The festival offers free outdoor concerts of classical and traditional music from around the world – from Mozart quartets to Argentine tango and Portuguese fado – in the manor’s scenic grounds. With a program of seven to ten concerts over several weeks (July to mid-August), it brings audiences into close contact with high-quality music in an intimate, pastoral setting. The combination of a centuries-old manor venue and diverse musical genres reflects the cultural richness of the area.
The festival is organized by the Šalčininkai District Cultural Center in partnership with the Lithuanian National Philharmonic 1. It connects Dzūkija’s local heritage (the Jašiūnai Manor itself dates to the 19th century) with global musical traditions, fostering cultural exchange. Each edition features performers from Lithuania and abroad (e.g. ensembles from Poland, Azerbaijan, Portugal, Argentina) performing in the manor park. The festival highlights the region’s history and its role as a crossroads of cultures, promoting interest in classical and folk music among the local community.
