An annual summer festival of classical and sacred organ music held in the Church of St. Matthew in Anykščiai. Every year international and Lithuanian organists perform a series of concerts (inferiors in July–August) showcasing organ repertoire. The festival includes themed concerts by distinguished artists, an opening ceremony, and a finale, often with multi-media light shows. It highlights Anykščiai’s historic 1925 Kingsgate pipe organ (imported from the UK) and fosters church music tradition. Concerts are held in candlelit evening settings, drawing both faithful and music aficionados.
Organ music here is tied to religious worship and cultural heritage. The festival reinforces the church’s role as a cultural center and showcases the local organ’s historical significance. It also nurtures young organists through masterclasses. Being one of Lithuania’s long-standing organ festivals, it connects to broader ecclesiastical musical traditions and the international organ community.
