An open-air theater festival held each summer in the Renaissance arcaded courtyard of Kobersdorf Castle. Since 1972 the festival ("Schloss-Spiele Kobersdorf") has staged classic comedies and dramas in a historic Pannonian setting 1 2. Audiences enjoy local folk plays and humorous works, immersing visitors in Burgenland's regional cultural life through live theater under the stars.
